This is a story about a boy called Lucas who is afraid of the dark. Every night, the shadows dance and the bed creaks and Lucas is so frightened he can’t sleep. There’s a monster under his bed but he’s embarrassed to tell anyone. When he finally tells his friends, they have the same problem. Emily has even tried to catch one but she can’t do it on her own. Lucas decides that the solution is to work together and catch them one at a time. But when the monsters start kidnapping the parents, Lucas and his friends have to go under the bed on a mission to find them.
